Tomorrow we’re due to fly out after 37 years in Oz on this next crazy adventure and the last couple of weeks have been an emotional roller coaster!
Travelling in our much loved Motorhome we caught up with as many “life long” friends as we could – some we used to see regularly, some now and again and others we didn’t even expect to see! But all a very special part of our life in Oz.
Then on Friday it was another fond farewell as we delivered our little bus to her new owner.

So now as one chapter is about to close, it’s time to fire up for the next. In the words of one very special senior citizen we know – just get out there and live each day!

Look forward to seeing the next posts Sue! Bon Voyage!
Thanks Rob, just starting to catch up on life😊
Where are you ? Hope you are surviving ok.
Thoughts are with you
Hi Maureen and Rob, “stranded” in the UK and happy to be with Chris sister in Gloucestershire countryside. No idea when we will make it to France, but keeping occupied and hoping all is OK in Newlands Arm? Love to the tea party crowd.
Life Is a Journey From Start to Finish – let the next episode begin. Must have been hard leaving the motorhome and friends behind, but at least you’ve another one to pick up in the UK and to discover whatsdowntheroad…….
Thanks Dave, onto the next chapter now.
Hope you are both avoiding the virus. So far so good in Newlands Arm. We are still staying in touch with the coffee crowd …no visiting of course. Tom Irving is working as many hours as he can day and night. Seems even though he’s 74 he is exempt from the law. We can go out to shop and Drs visits also to exercise. Life is much the same for us.
Stay well. France will wait. No chance our house will sell now. Still have the signs up but no interest. You were lucky to get out when you did. Stay well. Love Maureen and Rob
Hi Maureen and Rob, best of luck with your sale sure it WILL happen, just as we WILL get to France one day! I suppose Tom’s work is essential although I’m not sure I would want to be visiting ambulance stations at the moment. Take care and love to all.
Hi Maureen, great to see your house has finally sold. Bon Voyage to both of you and please ensure the door hits you and Rob in the arse on the way out. You will be sadly missed NOT! Good riddance you pair of trolls.
Maureen and Rob, you’ve sold!!? Where to next??
Take care xx
